Task inbox
The /agent/tasks page, filters, and bulk operations.
The task inbox at /agent/tasks is where you review pending agent task proposals. It is the primary place to keep the agent moving, as the agent surfaces actions here when it needs your sign-off.
Reading the inbox
Each task row shows:
- Automation: the name of the automation that fired.
- Client: the company the task relates to.
- Deal stage: the current stage of the associated deal.
- Proposed action: what the agent wants to do (advance stage, draft outreach, etc.).
- Reasoning: a brief explanation of why the automation fired and what evidence it is based on.
- Age: how long the task has been pending.
Tasks are sorted by creation time, newest first.
Filters
You can filter the inbox by:
- Status: pending, approved, rejected, snoozed, failed.
- Automation: show tasks from a specific automation only.
- Client: show tasks for a specific client.
- Action type: show only tasks proposing a specific action (draft_outreach, advance_stage, etc.).
Bulk operations
You can select multiple tasks and:
- Approve all selected: executes all selected actions.
- Reject all selected: rejects all selected tasks without executing.
Use bulk operations with care, particularly for stage-advance actions.
Empty inbox
When the inbox is empty, it means either:
- No automations have fired recently.
- All recent automation firings used auto-execute and went straight to execution.
- All recent proposals have been acted on.
An empty inbox is a good sign. The agent is running and you are keeping up with its proposals.
