Reviewing research results
How to use the inspector to read, filter, and act on research results.
Once a client research record completes, you can inspect its results from the run detail page. These include the individual items of intelligence, the propensity score, and the narrative report.
Opening a client's research record
- Go to Research runs and select a completed run.
- Click a client's name in the client list on the left.
- The right panel shows that client's research record.
The inspector panels
The inspector has three tabs:
Intelligence tab
Shows all extracted items grouped by topic (Technology fit, Budget signals, Buying team, etc.). Within each topic, items are ordered by confidence, highest first.
Each item shows:
- The claim.
- The source URL.
- A confidence bar.
- Action buttons: mark as incorrect, mark as key.
You can filter by topic and by confidence threshold.
Report tab
Shows the narrative report: a structured prose document synthesised from the items. The report is organised into sections that map to the methodology topics.
The report is read-only in the inspector. You can share a link to it or export it as markdown.
Score tab
Shows the propensity score with a full breakdown:
- Overall score (0-100).
- Score per topic, with the weight applied.
- Score per criterion within each topic.
- A brief rationale for each criterion score.
Acting on results
After reviewing, you can:
- Mark items as incorrect: removes them from scoring. Useful when the agent has mistakenly attributed something to the wrong company.
- Mark items as key: surfaces them in the report header and outreach draft.
- Draft outreach: opens the outreach draft, pre-populated with the client's name, top items, and a personalised message.
- Add notes: attach free-text notes to the client research record for internal context.
Filtering and grouping
The intelligence panel has filters for:
- Topic: show items for one or more topics.
- Confidence: show only items above a threshold.
- Flagged: show only key items or only incorrect items.
