Tenants and members
Roles in Client Path and what each role can do.
A tenant is your workspace: a shared environment with its own clients, runs, offerings, and settings. Each user account can belong to one or more tenants.
Roles
Every workspace member has one of four roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Member | Read-only access. Can view clients, runs, and reports. Cannot make changes or approve tasks. |
| Editor | Can perform pipeline actions: approve or reject agent tasks, add clients, review research, and create/edit automations. Cannot delete automations or change other settings. |
| Admin | Full access including settings. Can delete automations and manage LLM providers, signal sources, and offerings. Cannot manage billing or ownership. |
| Owner | Full access plus billing and workspace ownership transfer. |
